Integrity in Altoona, Pennsylvania

The worst company I have had to deal with ever. They canceled the first appointment 4 times and every time it was after they were to be at our house. When they finally arrived it was a 4 hour presentation. 4 hours. So these guys were in my house from 6-10pm! My kids were tired and they needed to go to bed. They were very unprofessional. They refused to talk to just my husband so I could put the kids to bed. We asked them multiple times “what are the prices?” “What exactly are you selling”. Finally asked them to leave. They were pushy. They said we would get our quote the next day. 2 MONTHS later someone called us about our quote. They wanted to set up an appointment at our house for them to go over the quote. My husband said fine but you have 30 minutes then you have to leave. They canceled and rescheduled. We agreed on a Monday night at 6pm. At 6:30pm we received a phone call about how he, THE MANAGER, wasn’t going to make it out. Then the receptionist got made at us when we refused to reschedule. They 100% DO NOT live up to their name. Integrity is nothing to them. Just the worst.

They just installed our new windows today February 22, 2018 . The 4 guys very prompt they arrived 10 minutes early at 7:50 am which was fine. The windows was all in by 12:30 pm.The guys was very nice, polite and professional and they did a terrific job. I want to say this to the 4 guys they were AWESOME!!!!!!!They took there shoes off while inside our house, I told them they didn't need to but they said they always take there shoes off when inside your house. They took the curtains down and put the new windows in washed the windows and cleaned up afterwards and put my curtains back up for me. This is the second set of Bristol windows we had bought and had installed . In our first house we had Bristol windows installed I loved them, no other window even comes close to Bristol windows now they are a little more expensive but I will tell you they are well made and worth it. They have a 50 year warranty. They are triple paned windows. "YES" I said Triple paned glass they are good heavy windows. I can wash my windows on the inside when it is below zero outside the inside glass is never cold like a double paned window . It made a big difference in saving on our heating bill. My husband and I had the Bristol windows in our first house for a little over 25 years we never had any problems with them.We sold our first house last year and moved to another house the windows were old wood windows single paned and cold air was coming in they were worn out. We called integrity construction to put Bristol windows in our new house because when you had a good product ( Bristol windows) before it really does spoils you.My husband and I did not even consider any other window we wanted Bristol windows again,that is how much we loved those windows. The salesman that came he was very nice and had a sense of humor. We told him he didnt have to do a sales pitch because we had Bristol windows before and we loved them and knew about the windows. I was at a store there was a window company set up with a display window. I did look at it and checked it out the quality of that window I did not like it. It did not even come close as far as quality to a Bristol window. We are very happy with our new Bristol windows. Thanks again to the guys that installed our windows.
