Local News Oct 31, 2022 Submitted photo Members of the Mifflin County High School marching band with their banner and trophy after winning the Group 3-A Class Pennsylvania championship in the Tournament of Bands Saturday at Mansion Park in Altoona. ALTOONA — The Mifflin County High School marching band traveled to Mansion Park in Altoona on Saturday for the Tournament of Bands State Championship event. At the end of the evening the band returned home as the Group 3-A Class Pennsylvania champions.
