Rutters Announces Expansion Plans Past Pennsylvania (Harrisburg, PA) - Leaders from the Rutters chain of convenience stores say they're looking 100 years into the future for expansion plans. They said Tuesday they'll build more stores outside of the central region of Pennsylvania, with new locations planned for the eastern and western parts of the state as well as in Virginia and Delaware. Rutter's current 82 stores are an area that runs from Philadelphia to Pittsburgh and north of Altoona.
