Engagements Feb 11, 2023 Taylor Baronner of Altoona and Evan Ludwig of Northern Cambria are engaged to be married. Miss Baronner is the daughter of Randy and Theresa Baronner of Altoona. She is a 2013 graduate of Altoona Area High School and a 2018 graduate of Saint Francis University, Loretto, with a master's degree in physician assistant sciences. She is employed at Blair Gastroenterology Associates, Altoona. Mr. Ludwig is the son of Mark and Donna Ludwig of Northern Cambria.
